Bayview - foreclosed on my property without proper notice nor will provide documentation to me or my legal counsel showing they did act within the law. Me and my legal counsel has requested the required documentation from the trustee Co and have not provided proper documentation. I was in the middle of a loan modification while all of this was taking place.
