March 30, 2017 - I received a notice in the mail asking me to set up a pin for a credit card I did n't apply for or receive. I called and it was a very short message saying that I can validate the pin or request a new one. I ignored it. A few days later I received a credit card in the mail from Popular bank from - -. It was their - Visa card. It had a limit of $15000.00.
