I 've tried discussing this with them on multiple occasions, however they do not want to hear it. - examples : They do not disclose promotional interest rate expiration information on periodic statements, as required by law. First National Bank of Omaha Credit card apr or interest rate May 13, 2015 - A couple of weeks ago we rec 'd a letter with our banks name/logo to apply for a credit card witih a 5.99 % APR on balance transfers for life. We applied on-line. We rec 'd the new credit cards in the mail. Thinking this is great as we would save over $ 80 monthly in interest by using this balance transfer and lowering the interest.
