Tower Loan Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease April 6, 2016 - I have a loan with this company for years. Always pay early and more than is due. They called about 4 weeks ago offering me to renew and get over $1000.00. I didnt do it at that time. I called a couple of days ago to see about getting money, the next day they said they can only get me $500.00. No reason why. The manager - wont get on the phone. They pulled my credit and will not give me an answer as to why they dont want to give me the money they originally promised. That goes against the FCRA. I deserve an explanation! ... |

Tower Loan Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease December 16, 2015 - I received my check back from Tower Loan that was not cashed they advised that I was not able to send any checks as payment to my account after i had a few problems with my online banking in which my bank was sending checks out before my paycheck was in my account. Anytime this happened the check was paid. I was then informed that they take debit cards. After the incident they never advised that I would not have access to my account online and canceled the option without notice.
