October 27, 2015 - My credit card at Santander Bank was used by someone in Florida who I do not know from -/-/15 to -/-/15 in the tune of $11000.00 and paid $9000.00 of that balance. I made a police report and contacted the bank immediately. But the bank keeps sending me to various branches to confirm my identity and nothing else. I have not received or heard anything from the bank up to now.
