October 17, 2016 - A letter addressed to my wife, dated -/-/- from Navy Federal Credit Union - -, -, - stating that a past due amount of $12.00 needed to be paid to this Navy Federal Credit Union. Threatening statements indicated that late fees would be assessed, and information would be sent to the credit bureaus concerning late payments, missed payments, or other defaults might be reflected on her credit report. Reported the same to Navy Federal Credit Union who advised additional fraudulent charges of $ - not present on our online account access.
