November 21, 2015 - Chase Amazon ( Chase ) is confusing its customers with balance transfer offers & purchases made on the same Chase card account. Nowhere in their terms or fees is this noted. This is completely misleading and a scam to their customers. October 7, 2015 - Chase credit cart promoted zero balance transfer fees for 60 days from the date our credit card account is opened, but did not disclose the actual date that the account was opened. As a result, Chase charged balance transfer fees when we believed we were within the 60-day promotional period.
