Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount September 30, 2016 - Harris & Harris represented to me over the phone that a bill was in my possession, which in fact had never been delivered. After confirming my only address, they stated the letter was not delivered due to the address on file with their client being incorrect ; they do not dispute this error. Debt collection false statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying July 30, 2016 - This is a debt that is at least 7 or more years old and which is attached by the State of Maryland for services of which are free and no one told me that I would have to pay a debt for being on probation.
