ECMC Group, Inc. Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount April 20, 2015 - My son acquired a student loan but was unable to finish school. ( attended - out of the - months ) The school collected the entire amount of the loan. He defaulted on his loan and it fell back on me. I attempted to make payments but my wife was not working at the time and all of our bills fell on my shoulders. I contacted - - but they only lowered the monthly amount due by a few dollars. I contacted them again with no result. The loan grew to double the amount from - up to -. I 'm still on my own paying bills and can not afford the amount that they are garnishing from my wage... |

Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount April 19, 2015 - I contacted the loan servicer of my $680.00 - loan to inquire about the option to rehabilitate my loan. i was advised I do not qualify for loan rehabilitation due to the dollar amount of the loan.. I then inquired about setting up a payment arrangement and was advised I do not qualify for a payment arrangement due to the dollar amount of the loan. I then confirmed with the rep that my only option was to pay the balance in full she responded that no that is not what she said my options were to pay in full or make payments online as I wish but that it would not be considered a payment arran... |

Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount April 2, 2015 - In 2010 I was giving an forgiveness loan from - Bank then the loan file went to - -, from there EMCE then from there Premiere Credit - - -, and then Premiere Credit went into my account and took out - dollars, I send them proof and had not heard from them at all but still - dollars is still being taken, they told me I can talk to a man call - -, I have call him, - him - and still no call back, I want to sued them cause they had no right going into my account, if you want me to fax or send the proof to you please call ... |
