Gatestone & Co. International Inc. Debt collection false statements or representation impersonated an attorney or official August 5, 2016 - This company claims to be a law firm representing - - -. They have called my place of employment and left a voicemail detailing an alleged debt on our public voicemail box. They also call my cell phone multiple times a day, becoming confrontational bordering on aggressive when we have spoken. I have explained to them that I closed my account with - and should not have been charged, nor should I have an account in collections. I have blocked several numbers but continue to receive calls from them regularly.... |
Gatestone & Co. International Inc. Debt collection false statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying April 8, 2015 - Forced to payoff my wife 's debts on my - credit card. Debt turned over to a collection agency where a plan was established for them to debit my checking account on the - of each month for $750.00. After - or six months without missing a payment, I found I was n't going to have enough money to afford the - - payment. When the agency attempted the debit on - -, sure enough there were insufficient funds. My account was charged a $35.00 ISF fee.
