Navient Solutions, Inc. Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount August 26, 2016 - Pioneer Credit Recovery has lied about its own practices. They told me that in order to set up a payment plan I had to give them tons of information about our finances, including other debts, income, utilities, etc. After this, they refused to give us a payment plan other than " pay half this month, half next month '' and refused to accept any other payment. Now, years later, they are saying they never said this, and I of course owe tons of interest and penalties for non payment, when THEY WOULD NOT LET ME PAY.... |

I am getting collection letters and calls after I withdrew from their campu in a timely manner. I tried to reach out to the advisor who did the enrollment and explained to her when I started getting emails from class information about attending classes on campus. Debt collection false statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying May 20, 2016 - I was told by General Revenue that I committing a crime by not paying this debt, this debt is from coming out early from - University. This collection company said that I could be wage garnished/Bank levy/ or much worse. This company was not professional at all. I do not feel that it is right for a collection company to accuse and slam the consumer with how they are committing a crime. Everyone will one day go through hard times, but this company was rude and barely would let me talk to explain why the debt was in their office.
