Debt collection false statements or representation indicated shouldn't respond to lawsuit June 14, 2015 - I received a notice from Ballato Law Firm advising me that my debt was in collections and will be prosecuted if not paid. I immediately called and made payment arrangements. I spoke with - who advised me that because I made arrangements I would not have anything to worry about and would not need to go to court. Te arrangement was for $- a month however I was making $- payments a month. I advised - that I was making a month payment in advance and she said she would document that.
