Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount August 14, 2016 - Collector filed delinquency collection after only 30 days after alleged fall-behind date. I was out of state and did not receive notice. Further, they reported a delinquency and collection after only 30 alleged days instead of 180, an egregious disregard for reporting procedure. There is a medical collection with an original statement date of -/-/-, therefore I can not fall behind until -/-/2016. From -/-/2016 I have 180 days to pay debt before it is reported on credit. A delinquency was submitted -/-/2016 and appeared on my credit on -/-/2016.... |

We talked to - and she explained if we would pay she would have it removed from our credit. Once we paid we received a letter and it stated that they where paid and settled. They where not removed. We called her back and she would not honor what she had said. We told her we were going to report her and she did not care. ... |
