MERCHANTS ADJUSTMENT SERVICE, INC. Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount June 24, 2016 - Merchants Adjustment Service, doing business for - after a terrible not-at-fault car accident, the rest of all hospital bills were covered by the at-fault drivers insurance company, -. They refused to take payment and remove this collection upon settlement. They would much rather have this listed as a collection on my credit report than have their money!!! This defies logic and I want this removed immediately.... |
