Citizens Financial Group, Inc. Credit card overlimit fee September 19, 2016 - I have a Citizens Bank credit card. I have not made a purchase on the card since - 2011. I have the payment auto deducted from my checking account. The way this card is set up you can only have the minimum payment deducted or the full balance of the card. I had, the minimum payment deducted every month. Somehow with no purchases made the interest took the balance over the credit limit. Seven times in the past year they have charged me, a - fee. Called them, they said they would credit me - fee. I do not understand how you can make a minimum monthly payment and the card went over the ... |
