Flurish Inc. Payday loan received a loan i didn't apply for received a loan i didn't apply for May 16, 2016 - Flurish, Inc dba - ( a payday and installment loan company ) has been threatening collection actions for - loans which I never applied for, never received any funds for and in spite of my efforts asking for corrective actions to be taken, has not resolved the issue. I was emailed an electronically signed agreement ( which I never signed ) with address information, bank account and bank routing information that does not belong to me.
