Ad Astra Recovery Services Inc Payday loan payment to acct not credited payment to acct not credited November 17, 2015 - I received a settlement letter from Ad Astra Recovery Services for a payday loan through - - stating that they were willing to settle with me on a past due balance. I contacted them and they agreed upon the settlement. I asked during the settlement process if the items could be removed from my credit report. The representative stated that it is n't something that they normally do, but she would check with her supervisor. She came back to the line and stated that her supervisor agreed to remove the account from my credit and o should see an update within 30 days. This happened in - 201... |
