Select Management Resources, LLC Consumer loan payment to acct not credited November 17, 2015 - On -/-/2013 I took out a $3000.00 Title Loan from Drummond Financial Services, LLC dba Loanmax located at - - - - - - ohio -. My first payment was due on -/-/2013 in the amount of $1000.00, due to payment being late 11 days LoanMax took my cash payment of $1100.00 then advised me that due to the late payment my loan had to be refinanced. My payment that was made on -/-/2013 of $1100.00 did not apply to either loan. Select Management Resources, LLC Consumer loan payment to acct not credited August 28, 2015 - I have applied for loan max title loan and I have been paying on this account since -/-/2014 I received the loan on -/-/2014. now I have been paying $210.00 every month to find that because i was late the money paid every month for almost 1 year will not count against the principal or the loan only interest which i totally do n't get. so these people are telling me that i have still have an almost $11000.00 balance and the loan was for $850.00 i have already paid $1200.00 This is robbery as well as unfair business. I need assistance ASAP ... |
