February 28, 2016 - I attempted to purchase a dating service from a merchant called " - ''. The merchant charged $3000.00 on my credit card and provided no service. The merchant claims there is a contract and the funds can not be returned. However, I did not sign any contract and requested the merchant to cancel the service. On my last credit card statement I was charged a foreign transaction fee. This fee is fraudulent.
