Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt May 15, 2015 - This company by the name of -. contacted - family members ( - my children ) with threatening information disclosing my debt and leaving information stating that I was going to be turned over to - County Texas for fraudulent instrument, fraudulent bank information, litigation status. As you can imagine this caused great imbarassment to me as they disclosed this information to both of my sons and my daughter-in-law.
