Direct Recovery Services, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me after i asked not to May 10, 2016 - I received a call from Direct Recovery Services. They asked for my social security number and would not tell me what the debt was they were calling about. I do not give this information over the phone. I called back 3 times and without my social security number being verified. I am awaiting verification from them in my e-mail. They were unaware of the original claim and the particulars of what it was for. From my best information, it seems to be a debt about mental counseling, which never happened.
