UCB is practicing completely illegal collection practices. I have a voicemail that was left on a family members voicemail that stated, " if the person was not " my name '' to hang up if not continue to hold. There is a full recorded message that I have from a family member ; that 's completely illegal stating information regarding a collection debt.The message also proceeded to leave they are a debt collector collecting on a collection/delinquent account. I believe this practice is illegal. My private financial information should not be disclosed to others. especially my ex husband. He is the reason I am in debt. I have been in protracted legal battle over a financial settlement, and he is a lawyer. He has used the system to drag this out and forced me in debt in an effort to make me accept a bad settlement.
