Keeps calling me - times a day, and calls my place of employment - to - times daily. I 've already been warned by my employer to stop these harassing phone calls. I 've told the above mentioned company to stop calling me. Company has not stop but has gotten more aggressive with their tactics including talking inappropriately. This company is causing me many problems and are putting my livelihood at risk. This company needs to immediately stop all communication with me ... |
Oxford Law, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt April 28, 2015 - -/-/- Oxford law llc contacted the father of my x husband and my half brother and disclosed the amount of a debt that they claim that I owe with - - which I do not. They disclosed I owe $5.00, -/-/- and stated they asked my half brother to help pay if off for me. This debt is not showing on my credit report. The girl that talked to my half brother was trying to get him to pay half of the debt right now over the phone. I requested a letter in writing validating this debt which I have yet to see.
