Today when I called and again had asked for written verification of the debt I was told to go to the website and look it up. As an aside, this loan was taken out by an identity thief. - - contacted me using automated voice messages for several months. They called as many as - times in - day. They called from numerous different phone numbers in different area codes. They also contacted my family members.
