They are in possession of my person 's nonpublic ( private ) data, which is a violation of the Social Security Act, - Act, Title - and the FDCPA U.S.C. 1962c ( b ) and Identity Theft with is a violation of the FTC. Optimum Outcomes, Inc. Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted employer after asked not to May 14, 2015 - - unknown collection account appeared on my credit from a company called Optimum Outcomes. I disputed all - accounts with the credit bureaus and - were removed. I have contacted Optimum Outcomes - times by way of certified mail and they have totally ignored me. I dont know what the debt is for although on my credit report it say medical. I have full medical benefits.
