Oliphant Financial Corporation Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt May 16, 2016 - I received a call from a person name - refused to give last name. said she is with Oliphant Financial she called my job to the girl that answered the phone she was calling about a debt i have n't paid. Cashier came and found me said there is a - on the phone that said I have a outstanding bill she needs to talk to me about. I picked up the phone a a lady said she was with Oliphant Financial and I ask what this is about and she said she needed my social and d.o.b ..i told her Im not giving it to her.She said I know your at work and the girl told her I ca n't get personal calls at work and... |
