Seterus Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me after i asked not to May 9, 2015 - I filed Chapter - Bankruptcy in - of - and it was discharged in - -. My husband - and we incurred over $200000.00 in - debt after the BK discharge and then in - - I was laid off of my job. I obtained a new job very recently and when Seterus took my mortgage over ( - payments due ) I told them after they called me relentlessly that I was a discharge BK and I had NOT reaffirmed the debt.
