MERCHANTS ADJUSTMENT SERVICE, INC. Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me after i asked not to May 8, 2015 - They are contacting me when I am not the debtor, a family member is. I asked them to stop calling, but they harassed me and said they would keep calling until I found my family members contact. They are leaving voicemail messages about the debt with private information in it, they are threatening to come after me - although I have never cosigned on anything for this person - it is getting ridiculous, I just want them to stop calling and harassing me as well as my friends and other family members. ... |
