March 27, 2016 - I opened a joint-owner credit card with the - - - - in - -. I closed it in - - with a $10000.00 Credit Limit in Pays As Agreed status. The closure was only reported to - correctly. - and TransUnion still report it as open with a $2500.00 credit limit. I filed a dispute with both - and TransUnion and - came back with both credit limit as correct and the account is still open. When I called -, they agreed the card was closed but refused to correct their mistake. ...
