Webster Bank Bank account or service deposits and withdrawals February 5, 2016 - My HSA account was transferred from - when HSA Bank acquired those assets. The investment portion of the account was moved into a mutual fund company ( - ) [ no input from me ]. Once I became aware of this I explained I do not want any money to be there, ever. HSA bank moved the money to the cash portion. Ok so far. Then the funds were moved back against my instructions to the investment account.
