CNG Financial Corporation Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt June 1, 2015 - I keep getting calls from various numbers every so often ( over the last 4 years ) they will call under a different name and with threats from a public server that I will be served at home or work withing 24 hours. They have also contacted my ex-husband and mother-in-law continuously.. when i ask the name of the company and address, they give me nothing but today a person named - - called and said he will serve me within 24 hours. I am not sure if this dead debt is being tossed around to several collections companies every so often ... ..I need them to produce info, take me to court or s... |
