Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt December 29, 2015 - Specified Credit Association continues to try to collect a debt that I do n't owe them. I never established a contract with this company and they have continued to call and harass me on my work and home phone and sending me harassing letters indicating that they will report the negative item on to my credit reports if I do n't pay them.
