A third party collector tookthat case to court, without even properly serve me. I have been paying on this debt -. Never missed a payment. I have been asking them to send me a statement as to how they are applying the funds every month. I am aware there is an annual fee of 10 % that they charge. So far I paid over and beyond the amount due. They are refusing to provide me any kind of statements as to how they applied those monthly funds all these years.
