Mediation Recovery Center Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect December 13, 2016 - I received a phone call from a lady named -. She started giving out information about me before even making sure she was speaking to me. She did not tell me the call was being record. She stated that I owe a debt. I kindly asked her not call me on my cell phone and she said fine and asked for another number. I advised her that I do not have another phone number. She said that she had my work phone number. I told her she is to not call my employer. She said she was not calling me at work but she would be calling my HR department to advise them of my debt to verify my employment. I advised he... |
