Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect October 22, 2015 - seventh avenue at - - - - wi - first off this is not my debt and also it has been put on my credit report. I called the company and several laws were broken due to FDCPA, the rep did not verify who they were speaking with, disclosed a debt that did n't belong to me also there was no call discourse done which are clear violations of the law. this company has put this on my credit report in 2007 for a - debt. I have advised them it was not me and I am DEMANDING the trade line on my credit report is removed or I will be pursuing for laws that have been broken by there management... |

Midnight Velvet is reporting the balance. They sent it to - and - and THEY are reporting the balance ... it subsequently was sent to - and THEY are reporting the balance. - collection balances reporting on my bureaus for - ACCOUNT. This is a violation of federal law. I have disputed this with all - bureaus and they left the balances on my files ... |
