They refuse to provide debt validation only a pay off offer and that 's on via email. They scream at you and then hang up on you. They have been advised until they send us via US mail a debt validation letter not to contact us. It 's in my name only but continue to call my husbands place of business looking for me. Northern Alliance Management, LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect April 16, 2015 - I received a message from a family member that - associates were trying to get a hold of me. I called the company with the correct case # and the gentlemen ( who did not provide his name ) asked if I was me by name and I said yes. I asked for the company name and he provided then started to go into details of a debt that I am unsure of without letting me know it was a debt collection call.
