Midway Resolution Services LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt May 27, 2015 - I received a call from - with Midway Resolution LLC ( - ) in - indicating the failure to pay and they were proceeding with necessary court documents. I spoke with - and stated I had no idea of what he was referring to and he claimed it was a debt with - (? ). I explained that I dont know of this company and asked for a verification of the debt. he said he would provide and would send to my email address which they had on file. Never received the verification of debt and no follow up call. In -, I received a call from Midway and I call back explaining my situation. I asked for... |
