May 30, 2016 - PayPal Credit charges me late fees and interest every month that are increasing in an exponential manner. Over a year ago I notified PayPal that I wanted to receive paper statements. I received an online notice asking me if I wanted to receive online statements and opted in. Paypal did not notify me that this would result in me stopping receiving paper statements which I never objectively opted out of.
