I had sent in a complaint and they responded saying they had offered a new plan and I did n't accept. That is true because I told the woman that verbally & was VERY rude to me that I started crying. I stated that I am now on a fixed income & the income that I receive from Social Security - are totally used up covering my minimal living essentials. I ask them to close the account & to please cease and desist from all future attempts to collect on my balance. Any correspondence related to my account should be conducted in writing to the address.
