When paypal sent notification of the payment, I learned that I did not send enough to cover - fees. I I called the PayPal customer center within 6 minutes of the transaction to cancel the transfer. Note : In the confirmation email sent to my by PayPal they stated that you can cancel within 30 minutes ( Need to cancel?
