Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid November 3, 2016 - I have spoke with this company and advised that this is paid in full and also called the regular creditor first energy on - way with a rep to confirm and this was deleted off my report - weeks ago and now brought back on my report -/-/-. This is paid in full and i need this company investigated as soon as possible. I monitor my report and have been through many collection agencies with medical bills that has been scammers and every rep i 've spoke with have gave me different response. i have already spoken to someone weeks ago that already took care of this a deleted it... |

Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine December 9, 2015 - Collection agency reported to - that I owe $550.00 to - - for an outstanding gas bill which I have a grant for the amount of $600.00 for. I disputed the claim and sent them a copy of the grant. I have not been contacted by them since. I have also called, faxed, and mailed the grant information to - - via USPS Priority with signature and when ever I call they say they have no record of receiving any information for me. We accepted the payment, processed it, and posted it to the consumer 's account within - hours as explained to the consumer. The account is currently paid in full. Please understand that this transaction was initiated by the consumer only 2 days ago. At that time our office notified the consumer that updates to their credit bureau are performed as expeditiously as possible but can take up to 30 days to reflect... |
