I had never used it. In early -/-/-, I had lost my wallet at a movie theater. I reported the card as lost/stolen to - - and - - who the card was financed through. I did not want a new card as I was unemployed as of the end of -/-/-. Apparently at some point, this - - card was converted to a Synchrony bank card and there was a balance after it was reported stolen.
