I indicated on my admission papers that my visit was a result of a - accident. I received a bill dated -/-/16 from - Hospital indicating that I owed $40.00. I spoke with a manger - on - who assured that the claim would be processed through no-fault. I also corrected my address which had also been done at the time of my hospital visit. I resolved all debts with the hospital. -/-/-, 2 years after the incident I received duplicate bills that I had already paid more than a year ago. Upon numerous calls to the hospital - - system. I was told that they have installed a new payment system and it is sending erroneous bills and that I should just disregard them and any automated phone calls I have received.
