After several attempts ( all documented ) the credit is refusing to verify the debt according to FDCPA - and Arizona - - -. In my attempts Bridgecrest has only responded with the same letter stating that I need to verify my address because they have a different address on file. My direct dispute attempts have been met with an illegal attempt to shift the burden of proof to me.
