Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA) Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid May 13, 2016 - Late payment was addressed as a computer gliche and a letter was written to company explaining as they had requested. My father was the cosigner on the loan and was affected by this. Once explained this was removed from his credit report and the account was paid in full to prevent any further issues. The letter was faxed on -/-/14 yet my credit was not adjusted and my fathers was. NJ Class Loan HESAA is the account in question ... |
