To my surprise, I found I had a balance due from - accounts from Quality Asset Recovery ( QAR ). On -/-/- I had received a letter from QAR stating my balance was $0.00 on - accounts as noted in attached documentation. Around the end of - -, I had called QAR to arrange a payment plan for my debt of $2500.00. Myself QAR agreed to make - ( - ) $620.00 payments ( totaling $1800.00 ) as you will see in attached checking account statements provided. Before the services were provided, - notified me that my - would be $1500.00 and I 'd have to pay my $500.00 medical deductible before services would be rendered.
