Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine June 1, 2016 - On -/-/2016 send a dispute to the Credit Reporting Agencies indicating that the account is not accurately reporting. Subsequently, on -/-/16 the Credit Reporting Agencies indicated that the collection agency verified to the credit reporting agency that the account was being reported accurately. On -/-/16 I faxed a letter to the collection agency to the attention of - -. The letter stated that i was not sure how they were able to verify accurate reporting and asked if they did in fact verify the reporting or if the credit reporting agency was at fault. On -/-... |
