Acquired Assets, Ltd. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid August 7, 2015 - In - 2011 I had an accident while using a rental car from - corporation. I was assessed a charge for that accident and paid in full in - 2011 using a credit card. I have both the receipt for the payment from - and the credit card statement showing the payment to -. I also have the credit card statement the following month showing my payment of the bill from the credit card company. - somehow did not correctly record the payment and after attempts to get me to pay the bill again and trying to recharge my credit card, sold the collection to a collection agency, Allen and Associ... |
