Webcollex, LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine September 10, 2015 - I have been receiving calls from - repeatedly at my employer and on my cell phone. This person does not identify themselves, they simply say that they are trying to collect a debt. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling and they continue. They have not said who they are, who they are collecting for and what company they are calling from. I googled the phone number and see many complaints about the same experiences I am having. I have no outstanding debt in collection and believe they are phishing for personal information. ... |
Webcollex, LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine August 25, 2015 - CKS Financial continues to collect and report to all - national credit reporting agencies without any merit. I have tried to contact them several times with no response. I contacted the - and the company said it will contact me regarding the complaint. I origionally disputed this debt as not being mine over 75 days ago.I have asked for proof of validation of references debt, they can not provide it to me. They continue to report this false claim on my credit which is affecting me dramactically for no reason.CKS Financially has over - simiular complaints file against them for same prac... |
