True Accord is located at - - -, CA -. The message claimed that I had purchased a product called - from a company called - -, a skincare company. I had no knowledge of - or the product. I have no recollection of ever dealing with - or purchasing any thing from -. My account # at True Accord is -. I suspect that this is a mistake or fraud.
